1.You should pay attention to the following matters when filling in the "Radio Repair Report":

(1) The fault phenomenon should be described as clearly as possible. The contact person, contact address, contact number and other information must be filled in clearly. In addition, the number of card readers, manufacture number, and number of accessories sent should also be filled in truthfully.

(2) Our normal maintenance cycle is 5 working days from the date the equipment is received by the after-sales service center. If there are special requirements for maintenance time or other aspects (such as replacing the shell), be sure to fill in it clearly, and additional charges may apply for special requirements.

(3) Please indicate the purchase date of the equipment that needs to be returned, so that we can confirm the warranty status of the equipment. (The purchase date filled in by the customer is for reference only, not the only approved warranty standard.)


2.A note on maintenance costs:

(1)Under normal circumstances, the product warranty period is one year from the date of purchase. During this period, the fault maintenance caused by our product quality problems is free.

(2)We will charge a reasonable fee for man-made damage or equipment maintenance beyond the warranty period. We will notify the customer of the specific fee according to the machine inspection situation, and we will fill in the "Maintenance Quotation" and fax or scan the notification for confirmation. After getting your confirmation, please go through the maintenance fee remittance procedure in time, and fax or scan the remittance statement to our company's after-sales service center, so as not to affect the maintenance cycle


3.Precautions after equipment repair:

We will send the repaired equipment in time according to the contact address you filled in the 《ZKRadio Return Repair Report》, and we will notify you by phone or email to check the equipment in time after delivery. If you do not receive it in time, please contact us in time.
